offer you a warm welcome to Amble House, a small Victorian Guest House built in 1896 of traditional Lakeland slate and occupying a quiet location in the market town of Keswick on Derwentwater, providing an excellent standard of non-smoking bed and breakfast accommodation all year round.

We are a few minutes walk from the town centre and surrounding fells. A ten minute stroll will take you to the shores of the magical Lake Derwentwater and Keswick's 400 seat theatre.
